Upgrading Your Account
Are you ready to upgrade from a free trial to a paid subscription? Just click the blue Upgrade Account button at the top of the screen. Then, you will see a screen displaying three plan options and their associated features.
Selecting your Plan Option
We offer 3 levels of subscription plans, each with increasingly sophisticated tools to help you connect with travelers:

Selecting a Billing Cycle
You can pay monthly or for a full year. And it’s worth noting that paying for a full year saves you nearly 10 percent, on average!
- To choose your preferred billing cycle, on the Upgrade Plan screen, click Billed Yearly or Billed Monthly.
- Then, click Select Plan to open the Billing Information screen.
Not sure if you want to commit to a full year? No worries! You can upgrade your plan at any time.
Once on the Billing Information screen, you will be prompted to input your company's billing information.
- Enter the appropriate billing contact's email address. This is where receipts and billing communications will be sent.
- Enter the same billing contact's first name, last name, company name, address, and phone number.
- Select the payment method that you wish to use (see Payment Method).
Submitting the Payment
You can then submit the payment.
Note: Your billing and platform access date begins on the date that you submit the payment.
