Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
The Threshold 360 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy is as follows:
- Threshold 360 will allow you to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. 48-72 hours is ideal, however.
- If you need to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, or if our Creator shows up at your location and no one is there to give them access to capture, or if the point of contact asks to reschedule/cancel on-site, then you will be charged $150 to re-book the appointment at a later date.
