Payment Methods for Hotels

You can pay for your Threshold subscription with a credit card or invoice. On the Billing Information screen, under Payment, choose which payment method you prefer. 

Credit Cards

Selecting the Credit Card option allows you to store a credit card on file for payments. Read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, check the checkbox, and click Submit Payment. Enter your credit card information, and your account will be ready to use!

Pay by Invoice

Select the Pay by Invoice option to have an invoice sent directly to the Billing Contact's email address.

Once received, make checks payable to "Threshold 360," and mail to the following address:

Obtaining a receipt for subscription purchases

Receipts are automatically sent to the billing contact's email (which is listed under the Billing Information section of the dashboard). To obtain a copy of your recent purchase, navigate to the Billing & Payment section. There, you can view your transaction history for up-to the last 5 months.


  1. Select Update Card
  2. Select Payment Method Details.

  3. Select "Billing History"

Editing or removing a credit card

  1. Navigate to the Profile section of the Dashboard, and select Payment & Billing.
  2. On the Payment & Billing screen, select Add Card.
  3. Ensure the card you wish to be charged is designated as the Primary credit card.
    1. If you wish to remove a card from the system, click Remove.
