Details on payment records and billing information for your organization’s Threshold Platform subscription

Threshold currently offers two methods of payment: pay by check (invoice) payment or online credit card.
During onboarding, your organization will determine how they’d like to pay. To change how your organization pays for the subscription, please contact us at support@threshold360.com.
To pay by Check (via Invoice)
You will be invoiced based on your contract’s payment terms. Once received, make checks payable to "Threshold 360," and mail to the following address:

Your Plan
This indicates the Platform subscription level your organization has: Entry, Standard, Premium or Professional.
To change plans, simply select "Change Plans" and a member of our Sales team will reach out to you within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.
Billing Information
Update Billing Information including Billing Contact Name, Email and Organization Name and Billing Address by selecting “Edit.”
