The Threshold 360 Cancellation & Reschedule Policy is as follows:
- Threshold 360 will allow locations to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.
- If a location needs to reschedule or cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, or if our Creator shows up at your location and no one is there to give them access to capture, then you'll be charged $150 to re-book their appointment at a later date.
- If this occurs, we'll be in touch with an invoice and a request for you to re-book. If you have questions about this policy, please contact scheduling@threshold360.com.
Other things to note:
- Our Creators will often try and get in touch with the POC listed for your location the day before your appointment, so if a reschedule is needed, please indicate to them immediately.
- Many Creators have to drive significant distances to reach capture appointments and our goal is to always eliminate the possibility of a Creator showing up to an appointment that was meant to be canceled or rescheduled. Please help us in this by reaching out to us as soon as you know a cancellation is needed! Thank you.
