Switching Tour Licenses

Learn how to switch between multiple tours on the dashboard

If your login has access to more than one licensee, you can switch between them from your dashboard without signing out. The Switch Licensee page lists every tour you have access to in one place.

How to switch licensees
  1. Click your name in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
  2. In the Account section, marked with a gear icon, select Switch Licensee.
  3. The page lists every tour you have access to. Select the one you want to switch to.

You can return to Switch Licensee anytime to move to a different licensee.

Don't see a licensee?

The list only shows tours your login has been given access to. If one is missing, ask an Admin on that account to invite you through Settings > Manage Users (see how), or email support@threshold360.com.
