    • Threshold Map is a powerful new product designed to facilitate destination discovery for both meeting planners & consumers. Integrating social media sharing tools, the Threshold Map provides a simple way for meeting planners and consumers to explore virtual locations in thousands of unique places and share them with their network.
  • Why Virtual Tours?
    • Our world is vastly interconnected and the ability to travel the world far and wide has become easier than ever. With the plethora of options, information, and imagery all around, visitors seek clear, powerful, and engaging ways to learn about new places and plan their travel. Threshold Virtual Tours provide a new level of context by allowing visitors to virtually step inside and explore a location. This powerful visualization gives quality location details that can't be summarized by a rest-stop brochure or a still image on a website. Still not convinced?   • Can I share Virtual Tours on Social Media?
    • Definitely! From the Threshold Map, select a Location pin or search by name the Location you would like to share. When the Virtual Tour appears on the left hand side of your screen, select the Share button to the right of the Location name. You can copy and paste the URL into a new window, or select the social media platform you wish to share with.
  • How can I use these Virtual Tours on my website?
    • Share the Virtual Tour using the social media links provided or copy and paste the URL. If you would like to embed the virtual tour on your website, make changes to the virtual tour, request a recapture of your Location, create custom Share Pages with call-to-action buttons, and create custom Collection Maps, you can go here to learn about our Platform Licensing.
  • I have a 360 camera. Can I submit Virtual Tours to the Threshold Map?

  • My Location has changed. Can I get the Virtual Tours updated?
    • If your Location was captured on behalf of your local Destination Marketing Org, first reach out to them and see when they will be refreshing and/or adding to their virtual content. They could potentially help facilitate a recapture of your Location. If you would like to request a recapture of your Location, embed the Virtual Tour on your website, make changes to the Virtual Tour, you can go here to learn about our Capture Fees and Platform Licensing.
  • How do I change a Location’s category?
    • When added to the Dashboard, a location is assigned a basic category: Food & Dining, Bars, Cafes, Lodging, Things to Do, Shopping, Health & Relaxation, or Services. The category is chosen based on its location data, but occasionally it is assigned the wrong category. To change the category, contact Support and we will review the category assignment.

  • How can I report a concern or remove an old Virtual Tour?
    • If you need to report a concern with a Location or a Virtual Tour, please email support@threshold360.com with details on the location and your concern.
    • My Location is not being featured on the Threshold Map. How do I get my Location captured?
      • Go here to learn about our Platform licensing options. Once you get access to the Threshold Platform, we will schedule a time with you to capture your location. Following capture, the Virtual Tour of your location will appear on the Threshold Map. 
    • How do I change a Location's hours?
      • Location hours are sourced from the location's Google listing page. If that data happens to be wrong, please contact Support. This will need to be adjusted by our team. 
            • How do I update the names of the individual Virtual Tours for a Location?
              • If the Virtual Tour names or titles happen to be wrong, please contact Support with the name of the Location and the correct Virtual Tour titles, and we will review those changes.
            • Do you support international Locations?

              • Threshold Map supports any Location that has a physical locale! We already exist in several countries worldwide and growing everyday.
            • My company wants to license your map for commercial purposes. Is there a way to license it?

            • Does Threshold 360 produce private Virtual Tour maps?
